Z43W Stainless Steel Metal Seated Parallel Slide gate valve is a straight-through valve manufactured from stainless steel. It controls fluid flow by vertically lifting a flat gate plate between two parallel seats. Typically featuring a “dual gate plate with elastic expansion” design, this valve automatically compensates for wear on the sealing surfaces during closure. The “F” designation indicates that the seat sealing surface is machined directly from the valve body material or overlaid with other materials, forming a metal-to-metal hard seal with the stainless steel gate plate. This configuration is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and applications requiring high cleanliness standards. This product is widely used in pipeline systems across petrochemical, natural gas transmission, food and pharmaceutical, marine, and light industrial sectors. It is particularly suitable for conveying natural gas, refined oil, water, steam, and various non-corrosive media. It serves as critical shut-off equipment requiring high flow capacity, reliable sealing, and stringent material cleanliness standards.

1. All-stainless steel construction: Key components including the valve body, gate plate, and valve stem are manufactured from premium stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316, CF8M), offering exceptional corrosion resistance. Suitable for clean or corrosive environments in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries.
2. Flat-Face Double Gate Design: Features a gate structure composed of two flat plates with an elastic element in between. This design automatically compresses both valve seats during closure, compensating for gaps caused by temperature changes or wear to ensure reliable sealing.

Minimal Flow Resistance & High Flow Capacity: Featuring a full-bore design where the passage diameter aligns with the pipeline's inner diameter, the valve enables streamlined media flow with negligible pressure loss.
